Barach Law Group Attorney Matthew Barach to Serve as Moderator for Social Law Library’s Webinar, “COVID-19: Divorce Questions and 19 Possible Solutions”
Family law firm Barach Law Group, LLC announces that its founding attorney and author Matthew P. Barach will serve as the moderator on the Social Law Library’s webinar, “COVID-19: Divorce Questions and 19 Possible Solutions,” on August 11, 2020 at 4pm. Chief Justice John D. Casey will provide opening remarks and the program will cover possible solutions to issues brought upon the divorce practice by the pandemic. Specifically, the panel will discuss marital division including property valuation, alimony considerations, child support and modifications and issues pertaining to child custody.
Considered by many as “the fixer” in Massachusetts family law, Barach is an esteemed family law trial and appellate attorney. He is the Founder and Principal of Barach Law Group and author of “The Family Law Guide to Appellate Practice.” With over 20 years of family law experience, Barach regularly appears before Middlesex, Norfolk, Worcester, Suffolk and Essex County Family Law Courts. He also appears before the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the First Circuit of Appeals.
