About Attorney Kirsten M. Demoga

ATTORNEY KIRSTEN M. DEMOGAKirsten is a partner at Barach Law Group LLC focusing her practice on all areas of family law including divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, contempts, modifications, paternity, equity and custody actions. Kirsten is familiar with the various state Courts in the Commonwealth and has tried cases in Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Suffolk and Worcester Probate Courts. Prior to her joining Barach Law Group LLC, Kirsten was previously associated with three Boston firms where she specialized in family law.

Kirsten has a wide range of experience with the Court and has served in the role of Special Master, Parent Coordinator and Guardian ad Litem. Kirsten has served as faculty speaking on various family law issues for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) continuing education programs and has been selected for several consecutive years as a Massachusetts “Rising Star” in Boston Magazine. She is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, and currently serves as Treasurer of the Greater Boston Family Law Inn of Court.

Kirsten received her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. Kirsten’s practice has been dedicated exclusively to the area of family law for over ten years.
