Biography
Jennifer is a Senior Associate at Barach Law Group LLC focusing her practice on all areas of family law, including high conflict divorce and highly contentious child custody matters. Jennifer has successfully litigated child removal requests and international child abduction cases in the Probate and Family Courts and U.S. District Court in Boston. Prior to her joining Barach Law Group LLC, Jennifer was associated with a Boston based firm where she specialized in family law.
During her legal career, Jennifer has served as faculty speaking on child custody related issues, including parental alienation, and she worked as a court appointed special advocate for abused and neglected children for six years. Jennifer also has experience working with the Department of Children and Family, Guardian Ad Litems, and mental health and substance abuse counselors in custody matters. As a family law Attorney, Jennifer understands the emotional and financial difficulty of divorce and custody proceedings and she works hard to settle cases in an amicable manner.
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona and her Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law. Jennifer was the recipient of the Excellence For The Future award in sentencing, probation, and parole in law school.
